The Emergency Exemption issued by the EPA to Grignard Pure to deploy the product against the SARS-CoV-2 virus in the air ended on January 14, 2023. No individual Grignard Pire product has received registration for full US use, but the EPA is currently reviewing several applications submitted by the Company for specific uses as described herein.

It is unlawful to market, sell and/or use Grignard Pure or any products containing its formulation without regulatory approval. Use of a Grignard Pure product must be in strict accordance with the product label.
